My name is David J. Verjano and I am co-founder of Miami Sports Generation. Anthony Hernandez and myself have a passion for sports that rivals that of any fanatic out there, especially in South Florida. That's why we created MiamiSportsGeneration.com - in order to transfer that passion into words and create another source of information and commentary for all the fan faithful down here.

Studying Advertising and Sport Management has taught me plenty about the business of sports and all the dimensions it encompasses. I've always followed the motto "study what you love because you'll be doing it for the rest of your life," and that's what led me down this path. Whether I pursue sports writing, marketing, public relation or communications, I will find a niche that fits right into my lifestyle.

I always have enjoyed writing and recently found sports as a great category for my "scriptures." My goal is to bring insight, entertainment and understanding in just about every piece I write. Criticism is always welcome by me as it is what makes me a better writer and communicator.
